Went in to get my gold bracelet fixed, they gave me back a bracelet that was not mine and not gold.

I love this place! Brought my girlfriend's for a shopping day and we had a blast! Steve is so patient and kind, and we love the high-end silver bracelets and earring sets that we bought. The highlight for me was my gemstone ring that had beautiful colors on it. I wear the jewelry almost daily and they don't tarnish which is simply amazing for costume jewelry. I know that silver oxidizes but the hoop earrings I bought it's been over 6 months and I wear them practically everywhere and they still have a great luster to them. Highly recommend + the prices are good. Gives discounts if you buy a few items on top of already good prices. Some items were gifts and he was happy to give organza bags/pouches or boxes. Saturdays he's usually there which is my shopping day but it's best to call because sometimes he does parties/events and isn't there, so it's best if you call first to make an appointment on Saturday. Weekdays open every day!

Terrible Experience at Davari Jewelry I came in with a hallow 10 karat gold bracelet that I just wanted him to fix. As one of the links were broken and the bracelet was unwearable. He takes it under his microscope and informs me it has multiple cracks and it and would break again eventually. I already knew this as I fixed it multiple times before.. Just how hallow jewelry works. I didn't want to sell him my bracelet but he eventually talks me into it. He shows me a silver chain coated in gold he says. He also says it won't wear off that easily. He told me if it does wear off just bring it back and he'll take care of me no problem. I didn't really examine the bracelet because he seemed like a nice guy and I work right next to his business. I traded my all gold bracelet for 400 dollars even exchange then I paid $34 extra on credit card. 3ish weeks later I'm laying in bed looking at the bracket and I'm noticing all the silver coming through the gold.. I take it back to him and ask if he could recoat the bracelet. He agress. It then takes him 30 days to return and when I get my bracelet back I still see silver showing through the gold and the clasp button looks dull and unattractive... News flash it's rhodium plated Not Gold! and the scrap price for the silver is 92 dollars.. I feel cheated out of my money and cheated out of my broken real gold bracelet.. He also made sure to keeping asking if I left a Google review as if him following through on the deal he gave me was contingent on my review first! I absolutely do not recommend doing business with at this jewelry shop. His prices are high.. You might as well go to a big name jewelry store where you won't feel so pressured if you don't want to make a purchase and they follow through with their promises.. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELER In the picture you can absolutely see the silver coming through the fake gold plating and this picture was taken literally seconds after get returned the bracelet to me... ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS IF HE'S WILLING TO GET OVER ON ME AND I WORK NEXT DOOR, WHAT DO YOU THINK HE'LL DO IF HE DOESN'T KNOW YOU? this industry is cut throat don't get caught with your head in the clouds... He's not your friend! He's here to make as much money as possible off of you!
